When you edit an activity, you can visualize the categorization and modify it. Additionally you can modify activity notes through a minimalist and clean markdown editor.

The Categorization screen allows you to view and modify the categorization of an activity, as well as categorize several activities simultaneously. You can also create new categories or access the Category Management screen.
You can configure the categories that you want to have available in the Activities Board. These categories will be synchronized with those available on the Mind Map.
To create new categories you must go to the Categorization screen. From this screen you can also create new values within each category.

From the Categorization screen you can access the Category Management screen. In this screen you can delete all the values of a category or delete the category itself, so use it carefully!
Use data mining techniques to navigate and filter your activities by categories. Enjoy a visual, simple and powerful way to understand and organize your information. This is why we have named this screen as category based Mental Map. Enjoy it!
Once you have categorized, filtered and organized the information according to your needs, save that view by creating a checkpoint. You can dynamically monitor the number of current activities in the view and access it at any time.
