To access the Mindmap screen you have to click on the icon of the navigation bar or use the keyboard shortcut Alt + 2.
The Mindmap allows you to browse your activities from the perspective of it’s categories and category values.
This screen allows you to drill in your activities from any category you have defined, allowing you to have a new and powerful perspective on your activities.
To use a category to navigate, you have to click on the category available in the categories column in the left side of the screen.
The category with all its values and the number of activities of each value will be displayed.
The values will be ordered by frequency of usage by default.
It’s possible to toggle to alfabetical order through the icon present in each category available in the column.
Once you have selected the relevant categories, you can filter data by clicking on the values. In the example, a priority value has been selected.
When clicking one of the values, data will be filtered and the rest of the values will be calculated, allowing you to drill in and dynamically explore your activities from the perspective of your own categories.
The selections you make will appear in the filter bar, allowing also to delete any specific filter.
You can continue browsing your activities, in this case selecting the pending activities that have Anna as responsible.
To view the activity cards you have filtered, you must go to the Activity Board.
To access, click on the Activities icon in the navigation bar or use the keyboard shortcut Alt+3.
In the Activities Board you will see the selected activities.
The filters applied in the Mindmap will appear in the top-left side of the screen.
The filter bar allows you to visualize and also remove the filters applied to your activities.
In the example, by removing the priority filter, all Anna’s pending activities are displayed.
